E COLI O157 

A rapid and specific test for the detection of E. coli O157 in food, food-related and environmental samples.

Why test for E. coli O157?

LISTERIA 

A rapid and specific screening test for the detection of Listeria spp. in food, food-related and environmental samples.

  • Listeria spp. occur in a wide range of different environments and can be found as contaminants in a wide variety of foods including meat products, poultry, egg products, cheese, mi lk, ice cream and other dairy products, frozen and processed seafood, confectionery, vegetables, and fruit. 

  • Listeria monocytogenes and Listeria ivanovii are known human pathogens. These organisms are found in the food manufacturing environment where product crosscontamination, before and following processing, has been reported.
